If you are a local business here in Yorkshire and would like to get involved, we would love to work with you to enhance the experience of all athletes (and their support troupes!) taking part in this incredible event.

Join us by offering a LCW special deal to those taking part and those supporting them; in return, we’ll advertise your special offer to the hundreds and thousands of people taking part in Long Course Weekend – for free!

All athletes and their supporters will be issued with a wristband so you can easily identify who qualifies to receive the deal and we’ll supply you with a branded poster(s) to showcase that you are one of our special offers partners.

What should your special offer be?

Anything you like! Be adventurous - we want to show off the best that Yorkshire has to offer!

Popular examples from our establishments in Pembrokeshire, home of Long Course Weekend Wales, include cafes and pubs on the cycle routes giving away a free slice of cake to cyclists who call in and a cheeky extra bottle of wine from restaurants to diners who present their band.

If you’re a hotel, you might offer free accommodation for children staying with parents who are signed up for the event or 10% off an evening meal, for instance.
Discounts on purchases in gift shops or attraction entries always go down well with the families left waiting for those who are out on a training swim / ride / run.
